Cut Vane and Track to required lengths. |

Push out Tabs. |

Fit Air Turning Vanes onto top and bottom tracks. |

4. |
Construct full bank of Vane and Track. |
 |
5. |
With the use of special tool, secure track onto Vane by punching top and bottom sections. |
 |
6. |
Finished assembly ready to fix to ductwork. |
