Ductmate (Europe) Limited have had an inhouse Quality Management System since October 1993 which attained Certification to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System from the external certification body, BM Trada Certification Limited.

Several years of appraisal, development and implementation have resulted in a now well established and up-to-date code of quality practice.

ISO 9000 Family of Standards

Whilst the code of quality practice which is described in the Company Quality Management System Manual has been tailored to meet the requirements of the ISO 9000 Family of Standards there is sufficient flexibility to allow for particular applications to meet differing contractual requirements for our customers.

Our aim is to continue to maintain and improve where possible the high degree of quality performance which we achieve and to do this in the most cost effective way commensurate with product requirements.
