Curved Access Doors

Benefits

Ductmate curved access doors offer a cost effective and convenient solution to problem of gaining access to have circular ductwork for maintenance. Manufactured in a wide variety of sizes, doors are available to suit ductwork ranging in diam from 100 mm to 2000 mm. In addition, Ductmate curved access doors also offer the following beneficial features:

	Two sheet metal construction formed by precision 'stamping' to provide increased strength.
	Aesthetic appearance.
	User friendly hand knobs to facilitate easy opening and closing without the need for special tools.
	Conical spring design which enables the two piece door to perform as a single unit.
	Oval shaped opening cut in the duct wall permits the back plate or 'inner plate' to slip easily through and due to the neoprene gasket, form an airtight seal.

When ordering use the Type Ref No. including the Diameter Code (TYPE ACC21 plus 20) shown on the chart in brackets. For example an ACC2120 would be a 250mm x 150mm door size to suit duct diameters 200/220. Please note that the MIN/MAX dimensions quoted are the absolute diameter limits for use of this door coding. Please Note: Type ACC54 500mm x 400mm will not be available until October 2007.
